LLSF Annual Adopt-a-Family
Since 2005 during the holiday season, each member of the Lady Legendz Softball Foundation sponsors a pregnant or parenting young mother from the Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) in Sacramento County. Each member is given a young mother and her child to bring some holiday joy too. In addition to buying gifts to support the young mother's child we also buy a special gift for the mom because she's earned it! These young mothers are all working towards their educational goals while learning to be the best mom she can be.
Everyone deserves to feel special during the holiday season and this is a program that is near and dear to our hearts! We are honored to have the opportunity to spread some holiday cheer!

Are you a pregnant or parenting teen or do you know one? Sutter Teen Programs provides services to: Teens (18 years old or younger) who are either pregnant or parenting.
